1. If on personal inspection, the Collector is satisfied that there is encroachment to deal the case of unauthorised occupation under the Kerala Land Conservancy Act, 1957 :
A It is not necessary to obtain a report in Form A from Village Officer
B A report from the Village officer in Form A is required
C A report from the Village officer in Form B is required
D A report from the Village officer in Form C is required
