1. It is against law to confiscate a vehicle carrying timber under Section 61 A, if :
A Seized by authorised officer and a prosecution is instituted for the Commission of the offence
B Seized by an ACF and a prosecution is not instituted for the Commission of the offence
C Seized by a ranger and a prosecution is instituted for the Commission of the offence
D Seized by a ranger and the authorised officer does not believe in commitment of a forest offence
