1. Section 100 (1) of CrPC states If ingress into a residence of Search cannot be obtained, the officer executing the warrant :
A May withdraw from Search
B May proceed Search by break open any outer or inner door or window of any house
C May seek the advice of superior officer
D Get approval from concerned Court to break open the doors or windows to ingress
