1. Every owner desirous of hiring / lending a performing animal in the making of a film shall give prior information specifying kind of animal, health and performance to be done by the animal etc as per :
A Wildlife (protection) Act, 1972
B Performing Animals (Registration) Rules, 2001
C Captive elephant Management Rules
D No such prior information required
