1. Subsidiary pass book is issued by the Divisional Forest Officer :
A if the felling area is far away from the Forest Depot
B to transport the forest produce from forest depots to private depots
C if the depot is situated in other Range jurisdiction
D if difficulty is experienced in moving forest poduce covered by Form No. V pass in one consignment
