1. An order of Registrar on appeal under Sn. 72 and an applications under Sn. 73 directing the Registration of document or refusal :
A Shall endorse the same in document itself
B Shall be recorded separately and filed in a separate file.
C Shall or shall not be endorsed on the document at his discretins
D Be recorded in the document on the request of the party
