1. The Vice-Chairman of a municipality who is also the Chairman of the Standing Committee for finance can be removed from his office before the expiry of his term :
A If a motion of no-confidence is passed with the support of the majority of the sanctioned strength of the councillors of the municipal council notified under section 6 of the Kerala Municipality Act 1994
B If a motion of no-confidence is passed with a majority of the members of the sanding committee for finance as fixed under sub-section (1) of section 21 of the Kerala Municipality Act 1994
C If a motion of no-confidence is passed with the support of the majority of the councillors present and voted
D If the Chief Minister so decides
