1. If a police officer seduces a person in his custody he shall be punished with :

A not less than seven years but which may be for life or for a term which may extend to ten years and shall also be liable to fine

B not less than seven up to ten years and shall also be liable to fine

C life or for with fine

D not less than seven up to ten years and shall also be liable to fine rupees ten thousand
