1. Is it legally right to send a registered document from Register Office to any parties , if so who meets the cost of postal charges :
A It is not legally right to send documents by post
B It is legally right and if the party desires as such, the document may be send by Governments expenses
C It is legally right and the party who presents the document shall deposit postage, postal registration fee and acknowledgement fee with the Sub Registrar to send by post
D It is legally right to send by post the documents, but this right is only be available on the discretion of Sub Registrar
