1. Tax exemption is entitled to :
A vehicles, the registration of which is suspended
B vehicles seized under S-11 of KMVT Act 1976 and kept in custody
C vehicles which are off road; but non use intimation not filed
D vehicles, the validity of certificate of fitness expired
