Here Employees of Economics & Statistics Department can know their promotion chances from January 1, 2017 onwards.

You can know your promotion chances ranging from the entry cadre to the highest post of the Economics & Statistics department.

Please select the ‘View Promotion’ option from the ‘Promotion Chances’ menu. Enter your name and click the ‘Find’ button. Then you will be able to know your ‘ID No’ from the list. Then you can know your Promotion chances by simply clicking your name or by entering your ‘ID No,’ in the ‘View by ID No’ option.

Note: This module is based on the seniority list published in the official website of the Department of Economics & Statistics. Obviously, the mistakes or corrections in the seniority list will affect it’s accuracy.

Regarding ‘Research Assistant’ to ‘Research Officer’ promotion:

Only employees with qualifications of MA (Economics), MSc (Stat), MSc (Maths) & MCom, which are marked in the Seniority list, are included in this category. Also, Promotion chances to the Assistant Directors may vary from the given pattern according to the posting of the Research officers through direct recruitment method.
